December - LycoCTC vists to member districts high school's for 9th grade presentations to share course descriptions and highlights of our programs. "Letter for 9th Grade Parents" was also provided to our districts to send out on 12/18/25.
January - All 9th grade students participate in a 2-hour visit of LycoCTC to tour our programs, meet our teachers, and experience our classes while in session.
January 13th Open House from 4:30-6:30 at LycoCTC for students and parents to visit classrooms and speak with our teachers and staff.
Students who are interested in a LycoCTC program should complete the "Intent to Apply" form that is specific for each school district by January 30th. This will allow school counselors to review students' scheduling options, academic, attendance, and discipline records.

Loyalsock Township - Intent to Apply Form
Montoursville - Intent to Apply Form
Warrior Run - Intent to Apply Form
*Completing the "Intent to Apply" form does not guarantee a student will be scheduled for a LycoCTC class, nor is it a committment they must attend.
March 6th the LycoCTC Student Application (specific for each district, and required to create a student profile in the LycoCTC student information system & create parent portals) will need to be completed online.
*Applications received after that may be put on a waitlist to be scheduled.
March 20th "Waitlist Letters" will be provided from LycoCTC to High School Counselors for students who do not get in to the requested course.
