Our construction class is currently focusing on scaffolding, a crucial skill in the industry. Students are learning how to design and build these temporary structures, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. This hands-on experience prepares them for real-world applications and enhances their understanding of structural integrity.

Our Culinary students stepped into the kitchen and practiced knife skills like pros. With all the potatoes they prepped, they whipped up a dreamy batch of mashed potatoes that smelled like home.

Our Early Childhood Education students teamed up with Culinary Arts for a fun lesson on the importance of clear, detailed directions. Students wrote directions for making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and then their classmates followed those directions exactly as written! The results were funny, but the lesson was serious. If your directions aren’t clear, the end result may not be what you expected! This hands-on activity was a great reminder that in ECE and Culinary Arts, details matter!
