This morning at the LycoCTC Cafe, our guests experienced a delightful breakfast prepared by our dedicated students. Among the highlights were Banana Foster Pancakes, Short Rib Benedict, and Cannoli Stuffed French Toast. This event not only showcases culinary skills but also emphasizes the importance of hands-on learning in the hospitality industry.
