Bright‑and‑early holiday shoppers enjoyed a festive menu featuring a Cuban‑Skillet, Black‑Bean & Sweet Potato Hash, Tex‑Mex Shrimp & Grits, and a Nashville Hot Chicken Benedict. Our students did a tremendous job — the kitchen team cooked with heart and the front‑of‑house students welcomed and served guests beautifully.

Have you ever seen classroom learning turn into real patient care? Our Health Careers students did just that at the Lyco building! Patients were greeted in the main hallway, escorted (or wheeled) to the Health Careers classroom, then “registered,” had vision screenings, vitals taken, and completed health histories. It was a wonderful example of hands-on training, compassion, and teamwork.
