Ready, set, COIN WARS! 🪙🎉 Our classrooms are competing in a friendly fundraiser — every coin counts. All proceeds will be split between two wonderful local charities that support our community. Which classroom will rise to the challenge?

What does a career path from vocational classroom to business ownership look like? Tristan Jordan — a Lyco Automotive alumnus — returned to speak to our students about his journey. Now a master Ford Technician and owner of his own repair shop, Tristan shared practical insights on technical mastery, customer service, and running a small business. His visit highlights the value of skilled trades education and mentorship.

Have you ever seen classroom learning turn into real patient care? Our Health Careers students did just that at the Lyco building! Patients were greeted in the main hallway, escorted (or wheeled) to the Health Careers classroom, then “registered,” had vision screenings, vitals taken, and completed health histories. It was a wonderful example of hands-on training, compassion, and teamwork.
The LycoCafe will be open to the public on December 12th from 8am-Noon.

Our Construction students did an amazing job building Christmas trees that were sold this season — and we had some very happy customers!

Feeling festive at LycoCTC! 🎄 Students and staff are joining together to celebrate the holidays with joy, decorations, and community spirit.
What a fantastic Cafe day! Our students did an incredible job serving an autumn-inspired menu: Autumn Carrot & Sweet Potato Soup, Pear & Gorgonzola Salad with Grilled Chicken, a hearty Cottage Pie with savory ground beef and sausage, and irresistible Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bars. A huge shoutout to the students working in the back who cooked up all these delicious dishes — teamwork at its best!
