Bright‑and‑early holiday shoppers enjoyed a festive menu featuring a Cuban‑Skillet, Black‑Bean & Sweet Potato Hash, Tex‑Mex Shrimp & Grits, and a Nashville Hot Chicken Benedict. Our students did a tremendous job — the kitchen team cooked with heart and the front‑of‑house students welcomed and served guests beautifully.
