What a fantastic Cafe day! Our students did an incredible job serving an autumn-inspired menu: Autumn Carrot & Sweet Potato Soup, Pear & Gorgonzola Salad with Grilled Chicken, a hearty Cottage Pie with savory ground beef and sausage, and irresistible Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bars. A huge shoutout to the students working in the back who cooked up all these delicious dishes — teamwork at its best!

One of our talented Culinary Arts seniors showcased his skills and gratitude this Veterans Day by designing and serving a special menu at Wolf Run Village. The thoughtfully crafted meal featured Chicken Marsala, garlic parmesan roasted asparagus, creamy garlic mashed potatoes, a fresh butter lettuce salad, and a show-stopping two-layer chocolate raspberry cake.

With the support of Chef Anstadt and another dedicated student, the team served this delicious meal as a heartfelt way to honor and thank our veterans for their service. ❤️

We’re so proud of our students for using their culinary talents to make a difference in the community!
