Feeling festive at LycoCTC! 🎄 Students and staff are joining together to celebrate the holidays with joy, decorations, and community spirit.
What a fantastic Cafe day! Our students did an incredible job serving an autumn-inspired menu: Autumn Carrot & Sweet Potato Soup, Pear & Gorgonzola Salad with Grilled Chicken, a hearty Cottage Pie with savory ground beef and sausage, and irresistible Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bars. A huge shoutout to the students working in the back who cooked up all these delicious dishes — teamwork at its best!
